CNEWA carries out its work in the Middle East through the three regional offices of the Pontifical Mission for Palestine, founded by Pope Pius XII in 1949 and entrusted to CNEWA to administer and direct.

The Amman office serves the churches and peoples of Jordan and Iraq. The office in Beirut administers activities in Lebanon and Syria while programs in Palestine and Israel are the responsibility of the Jerusalem office.
