Golf Outing to Benefit CNEWA

10 Jun 2002 – The fifth annual golf outing to benefit Catholic Near East Welfare Association will be held Thursday, 19 September, at the Hawk at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, Michigan. Registration will be at 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch. Shotgun start will begin at 1 p.m. The cost for playing, lunch and dinner is $150. Founded by Pope Pius XI in 1926, CNEWA is a special agency of the Vatican providing support to the churches and peoples of the Middle East, Northeast Africa, India and Eastern Europe.
